Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25409
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) intended to perform ghusl (ritual bath) from janabah (sexual impurity), he would first wash his hands thrice. Then, holding the water vessel with his right hand, he would pour water onto his left hand and wash his private parts thoroughly. He would then wash that hand thoroughly, rinse his mouth thrice, inhale water into his nose thrice, and wash his face thrice. He would wash his hands thrice, pour water over his head thrice, and then pour water over the rest of his body.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ جب غسل جنابت کا ارادہ فرماتے تو پہلے تین مرتبہ اپنے دونوں ہاتھ دھوتے، پھر دائیں ہاتھ سے برتن پکڑ کر بائیں ہاتھ پر پانی ڈالتے، پھر شرمگاہ کو اچھی طرح دھوتے، پھر اس ہاتھ کو اچھی طرح دھوتے، تین مرتبہ کلی کرتے، تین مرتبہ ناک میں پانی ڈالتے، تین مرتبہ چہرہ دھوتے تین مرتبہ ہاتھ دھوتے، تین مرتبہ سر پر پانی ڈالتے، پھر باقی جسم پر پانی ڈالتے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai ki Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam jab ghusl janabat ka irada farmate to pehle teen martaba apne donon hath dhote, phir dayen hath se bartan pakar kar bayen hath par pani dalte, phir sharamgah ko achi tarah dhote, phir is hath ko achi tarah dhote, teen martaba qulli karte, teen martaba nak mein pani dalte, teen martaba chehra dhote teen martaba hath dhote, teen martaba sar par pani dalte, phir baqi jism par pani dalte.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ ، فَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنْ غُسْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ؟ قَالَتْ:" كَانَ يُؤْتَى بِإِنَائِهِ فَيَغْسِلُ يَدَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ يَصُبُّ مِنَ الْإِنَاءِ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ فَيَغْسِلُهُ، ثُمَّ يُفْرِغُ بِيَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى الْيُسْرَى فَيَغْسِلُهَا، ثُمَّ يُمَضْمِضُ، وَيَسْتَنْشِقُ، ثُمَّ يُفْرِغُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ يَغْسِلُ سَائِرَ جَسَدِهِ" .
