Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25443
Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, narrated that after the revelation of the verse of Hijab, Aflah, the brother of Abu Qais and her foster-uncle, sought permission to enter her house. Aisha, considering him a non-Mahram, refused. When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, came, she mentioned it to him. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allow him (to enter)."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے سے مروی ہے کہ ابوقیس کے بھائی " افلح " نے " جو ان کے رضاعی چچا تھے " آیت حجاب کے نزول کے بعد حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے گھر میں داخل ہونے کی اجازت مانگی، حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے انہیں نا محرم سمجھ کر اجازت دینے سے انکار کردیا اور جب نبی ﷺ آئے تو ان سے ذکر کردیا، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا انہیں اجازت دے دیا کرو۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh Abu Qais ke bhai "Aflaah" ne "jo unke razaai chacha thay" Aayat Hijab ke nuzool ke baad Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha ke ghar mein daakhil honay ki ijazat mangi, Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha ne unhein na mehram samajh kar ijazat deny se inkaar kardiya aur jab Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam aaye to unse zikar kardiya, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya unhein ijazat de diya karo.
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ، أَنَّ أَفْلَحَ أَخَا أَبِي الْقُعَيْسِ جَاءَ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْهَا وَهُوَ عَمُّهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ، بَعْدَ أَنْ نَزَلَ الْحِجَابُ، قَالَتْ:" فَأَبَيْتُ أَنْ آذَنَ لَهُ، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرْتُهُ بِالَّذِي صَنَعْتُ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آذَنَ لَهُ علي" .
