Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25483
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Aisha (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) would recite "Mu'awwidhat" and blow on himself during his last illness.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ مرض الوفات میں " معوذات " پڑھ پڑھ کر اپنے اوپر دم کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai ke Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam marz ul wifaat mein "Muawizaat" parh parh kar apne upar dam karte thay.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،" أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا مَرِضَ يَقْرَأُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ، وَيَنْفُثُ" .
