Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25562
`Alqama (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about the optional prayers of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). She said: "What strength do you have that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had? But remember that every act of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was consistent."`

علقمہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے نبی ﷺ کی نفلی نمازوں کے متعلق پوچھا انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ میں جو طاقت تھی، وہ تم میں سے کس میں ہوسکتی ہے؟ البتہ یہ یاد رکھو کہ نبی ﷺ کا ہر عمل دائمی ہوتا تھا۔
Alqama razi Allah anhu kahte hain ke maine Hazrat Ayesha razi Allah anha se Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki nafli namaazon ke mutalliq poocha unhon ne farmaya ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) mein jo taqat thi woh tum mein se kis mein hosakti hai albatta yeh yaad rakho ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka har amal daimi hota tha.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخُصُّ مِنَ الْأَيَّامِ شَيْئًا؟ قَالَتْ:" لَا، كَانَ عَمَلُهُ دِيمَةً، وَأَيُّكُمْ كَانَ يُطِيقُ مَا كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُطِيقُ" .
