Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25995
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the details of the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) Ghusl (ritual bath) are as follows: He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would first perform Wudu (ablution) like that for prayer, then wash his private parts and feet. He would then rest his hand on the wall and pour water over it, as if I am still seeing the mark of his hand on the wall.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے نبی ﷺ کی غسل کی تفصیل یوں مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ سب سے پہلے نماز جیسا وضو فرماتے تھے، پھر شرمگاہ اور پاؤں دھوتے، ہاتھ کو دیوار پر ملتے اور اس پر پانی بہاتے، گویا ان کے ہاتھ کا دیوار اوپر نشان میں اب تک دیکھ رہی ہوں۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ki ghusl ki tafseel yun marvi hai ki Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam sab se pehle namaz jaisa wazu farmate thay phir sharmgah aur paon dhote hath ko deewar par malte aur is par pani bahatay goya in ke hath ka deewar upar nishan mein ab tak dekh rahi hun.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ , أَخْبَرَنَا عُرْوَةُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَزَّازُ , عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ بَدَأَ فَتَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ , وَغَسَلَ فَرْجَهُ وَقَدَمَيْهِ , وَمَسَحَ يَدَهُ بِالْحَائِطِ , ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ , فَكَأَنِّي أَرَى أَثَرَ يَدِهِ فِي الْحَائِطِ" .
