Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26008
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once a Jewish woman asked her for something. She gave it to her. The woman said, "May Allah protect you from the punishment of the grave." She was surprised at this. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to her, she mentioned this to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No." After some time had passed, one day the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me, "It has been revealed to me that you will be tested in the grave."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ایک یہودیہ عورت نے ان سے کچھ مانگا، انہوں نے اسے وہ دے دیا، اس نے کہا کہ اللہ تمہیں عذاب قبر سے محفوظ رکھے، انہیں اس پر تعجب ہوا، نبی ﷺ ان کے پاس تشریف لائے تو انہوں نے ان سے اس کا ذکر کیا، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا نہیں، کچھ عرصہ گذرنے کے بعد ایک دن نبی ﷺ نے مجھ سے فرمایا کہ مجھ پر یہ وحی آگئی ہے کہ تمہیں قبروں میں آزمایا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Ayesha razi Allah anha se marvi hai ki ek martaba ek yahudi aurat ne unse kuch manga unhon ne use woh de diya us ne kaha ki Allah tumhen azab qabar se mahfooz rakhe unhen is par taajjub hua Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) un ke pass tashreef laye to unhon ne unse is ka zikar kiya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya nahin kuch arsa guzarne ke baad ek din Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujh se farmaya ki mujh par yeh wahi aagayi hai ki tumhen qabron mein azmaya jaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ , قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَ: سَأَلَتْهَا امْرَأَةٌ يَهُودِيَّةٌ فَأَعْطَتْهَا , فَقَالَتْ لَهَا: أَعَاذَكِ اللَّهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ , فَأَنْكَرَتْ عَائِشَةُ ذَلِكَ , فَلَمَّا رَأَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ لَهُ , فَقَالَ:" لَا" قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: ثُمَّ قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ: " إِنَّهُ أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّكُمْ تُفْتَنُونَ فِي قُبُورِكُمْ" .
