Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26098
It is narrated on the authority of Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said: There is no fulfilling of vows in disobeying Allah, and its expiation is the same as the expiation of an oath.

ام المؤمنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا اللہ کی نافرمانی میں کوئی منت نہیں ہوتی اور اس کا کفارہ وہی ہے جو قسم کا کفارہ ہوتا ہے۔
Um ul momineen Hazrat Ayesha radi Allaho anha se marvi hai ke Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya Allah ki nafarmani mein koi munt nahi hoti aur iska kaffara wohi hai jo qasam ka kaffara hota hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ , حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ , وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ" .
