Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26371
Furoh bin Naufal said that I asked Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) about the prayer of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so she said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say this prayer: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what my soul has earned and what it has not earned."

فروہ بن نوفل کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے نبی ﷺ کی دعا کے متعلق پوچھا تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ یہ دعا فرماتے تھے، اے اللہ میں ان چیزوں کے شر سے آپ کی پناہ میں آتا ہوں جو میرے نفس نے کی ہیں اور جو نہیں کی ہیں۔
Farwah bin Naufal kahte hain ke maine Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki dua ke mutalliq poocha to unhon ne farmaya ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ye dua farmate the, Aye Allah main in cheezon ke shar se aap ki panaah mein aata hun jo mere nafs ne ki hain aur jo nahin ki hain.
حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الطُّفَيْلِ الْبَكَّائِيُّ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ , عَنْ فَرْوَةَ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ , قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ , حَدِّثِينِي بِشَيْءٍ كَانَ يَدْعُو بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُكْثِرُ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ: " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ , وَمَنْ شَرِّ مَا لَمْ أَعْمَلْ" .
