Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26376
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to remember Allah at all times.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ ہر وقت اللہ کا ذکر فرماتے رہتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ , عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ , عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَذْكُرُ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ أَحْيَانِهِ" .
