Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26473
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When any of you women has a slave who is a Mukatab (a slave who has entered into an agreement with his master to purchase his freedom) and he has enough money to pay his ransom and gain his freedom, then it is not permissible for that woman to uncover herself in front of him.

حضرت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تم خواتین میں سے کسی کا کوئی غلام مکاتب ہو اور اس کے پاس اتنا بدل کتابت ہو کہ وہ اسے اپنے مالک کے حوالے کر کے خود آزادی حاصل کرسکتے تو اس عورت کو اپنے غلام سے پردہ کرنا چاہئے۔
Hazrat Umm Salma raziallahu anha se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab tum khawateen mein se kisi ka koi ghulam mukatab ho aur uske paas itna badal kitaabat ho ki woh use apne malik ke hawale kar ke khud aazadi hasil kar sakte to us aurat ko apne ghulam se parda karna chahiye.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ نَبْهَانَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا كَانَ لِإِحْدَاكُنَّ مُكَاتَبٌ، فَكَانَ عِنْدَهُ مَا يُؤَدِّي، فَلْتَحْتَجِبْ مِنْهُ" .
