Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26538
It is narrated on the authority of Umme Salma (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) visited her while she was wrapping her headscarf. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Wrap it only once, not twice (so that it does not resemble the turbans of men)."

حضرت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ ان کے پاس تشریف لائے تو وہ دوپٹہ اوڑھ رہی تھیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اسے ایک ہی مرتبہ لپیٹنا دو مرتبہ نہیں (تاکہ مردوں کے عمامے کے ساتھ مشابہت نہ ہوجائے)
Hazrat Umm e Salma RA se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi SAW un k paas tashreef laye to wo dopatta odh rahi thin, Nabi SAW ne farmaya ki isay aik hi martaba lapetna do martaba nahi (taake mardon ke amame ke sath mushabat na ho jaye).
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ وَهْبٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي أَحْمَدَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَهِيَ تَخْتَمِرُ، فَقَالَ: " لَيَّةً، لَا لَيَّتَيْنِ" .
