Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26553
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to offer two rak'ahs (of prayer) after finishing the Witr (prayer).

حضرت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ وترکے بعد بیٹھ کردو رکعتیں پڑھتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَيْمُونُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْمَرَائِيُّ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ: " يَرْكَعُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْوِتْرِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ" .
