Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 27322
Fatima bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that when her husband divorced her by giving three pronouncements of divorce, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not prescribe any lodging or maintenance for her.

حضرت فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے میرے شوہر نے تین طلاقیں دیں تو نبی ﷺ نے میرے لئے رہائش اور نفقہ مقرر نہیں فرمایا۔
Hazrat Fatima bint Qais razi Allah anha se marvi hai keh mujhe mere shohar ne teen talaqain deen to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mere liye rahaish aur nafaqa muqarrar nahi farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ بْنِ صُخَيْرٍ الْعَدَوِيِّ , قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ , تَقُولُ: طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا , " فَمَا جَعَلَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً .
