From the Musnad of Banu Hashim

ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2870
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has ruled that "it is obligatory to deposit one-fifth of the spoils of war in the treasury."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فیصلہ فرما دیا ہے کہ ”رکاز میں پانچواں حصہ بیت المال میں جمع کروانا فرض ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne faisla farma diya hai ki “Rikaaz mein panchwan hissa bait ul mal mein jama karwana farz hai.”
حَدَّثَنَاه أَسْوَدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، قَالَ: وَقَضَى، وَقَالَ: أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ" قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسَ".
