ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3189
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed away, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had not left any will or testament for anyone.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کا جب وصال ہوا تو آپ ﷺ نے کسی کو کوئی وصیت نہیں فرمائی تھی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka jab wisal hua to Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kisi ko koi wasiyat nahin farmai thi.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَرْقَمِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ:" مَاتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَمْ يُوصِ".
