The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3198
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: “Any hide that has been tanned is pure.”
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ ”جس کھال کو دباغت دے لی جائے وہ پاک ہو جاتی ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki “Jis khaal ko dibaghat de li jaye woh pak ho jati hai.”
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَعْلَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ:" أَيُّمَا إِهَابٍ دُبِغَ، فَقَدْ طَهُرَ".
