Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3730
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The mill of Islam will continue grinding for thirty-five (35), thirty-six (36), or thirty-seven (37) years, then if the Muslims are destroyed, they will follow the path of those who were destroyed before them, and if they survive, their religion will remain for seventy years." The narrator asked, "Is this related to the past or the future?" He replied, "To the future."

سیدنا ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”اسلام کی چکی پئنتیس (35)، چھتیس (36) یا سئنتیس (37) سال تک گھومتی رہے گی، اس کے بعد اگر مسلمان ہلاک ہوئے تو ہلاک ہونے والوں کی راہ پر چلے جائیں گے، اور اگر باقی بچ گئے تو ستر سال تک ان کا دین باقی رہے گا“، راوی نے پوچھا کہ اس کا تعلق ماضی کے ایام سے ہے یا مستقبل سے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: ”مستقبل سے۔“
Syedna Ibn Masood Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: “Islam ki chakki paintes (35), chhattis (36) ya saintis (37) saal tak ghoomti rahegi, uske baad agar musalman halaak huye to halaak hone walon ki raah par chale jayenge, aur agar baqi bach gaye to sattar saal tak unka deen baqi rahega”, ravi ne poocha keh iska ta'alluq mazi ke ayaam se hai ya mustaqbil se? Unhon ne farmaya: “mustaqbil se”.
رقم الحديث: 3600 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ نَاجِيَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" تَدُورُ رَحَى الْإِسْلَامِ بِخَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ، أَوْ سِتٍّ وَثَلَاثِينَ، أَوْ سَبْعٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ، فَإِنْ يَهْلَكُوا، فَسَبِيلُ مَنْ قَدْ هَلَكَ، وَإِنْ يَقُمْ لَهُمْ دِينُهُمْ، يَقُمْ لَهُمْ سَبْعِينَ عَامًا"، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: أَمِمَّا مَضَى أَمْ مِمَّا بَقِيَ؟ قَالَ:" مِمَّا بَقِيَ".
