Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 405
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Usman (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best among you are those who learn the Quran and teach it."

سیدنا عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ تم میں سب سے افضل اور بہتر وہ ہے جو قرآن سیکھے اور سکھائے۔
Sayyidna Usman (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya keh tum mein sab se afzal aur behtar woh hai jo Quran seekhe aur sikhaye.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ . وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَفْضَلُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ".
