The Musnad of Abdullah ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with them both)
مسنَد عَبدِ اللَّهِ بنِ عمَرَ بنِ الخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللَّه تَعَالَى عَنهمَا
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6378
Narrated by Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, that he participated with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in an expedition towards Najd. When we encountered the enemy, we lined up in battle formation." Then the narrator mentioned the complete Hadith.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نجد کے جانب ایک غزوے میں میں نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ شریک ہوا ہمارا دشمن سے آمنا سامنا ہوا تو ہم نے صف بندی کر لی پھر راوی نے مکمل حدیث ذکر کی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Najd ke janib ek ghazwe mein mein Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath sharik hua hamara dushman se aamna samna hua to hum ne saff bandi kar li phir ravi ne mukammal hadees zikar ki.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ , قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: غَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَزْوَةً قِبَلَ نَجْدٍ، فَوَازَيْنَا الْعَدُوَّ، وَصَافَفْنَاهُمْ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
