Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6798
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Abdullah Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is not permissible to take Zakat from a wealthy person or a strong and powerful person."

سیدنا ابن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”کسی مالدار آدمی کے لئے یا کسی مضبوط اور طاقتور (ہٹے کٹے) آدمی کے لئے زکوٰۃ لیناجائز نہیں ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Kisi maldar aadmi ke liye ya kisi mazboot aur taqatwar (hate kate) aadmi ke liye zakat lena jaiz nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ رَيْحَانَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْعَامِرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ، وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ"، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَوِيٍّ: وقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ: وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ سَعْدٌ وَلَا ابْنُهُ، يَعْنِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ.
