Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7217
Narrated Abu Huraira: Two women of Bani Hudhail quarreled with each other, and one of them threw a stone at the other who was pregnant. Her child was still-born, so the Prophet (ﷺ) judged that the one who had thrown the stone should give a male or female slave in exchange.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ بنوہذیل کی دو عورتوں کے درمیان جھگڑا ہو گیا ان میں سے ایک نے دوسری کو جو امید سے تھی پتھر دے مارا اس کے پیٹ کا بچہ مرا ہوا پیدا ہو گیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس مسئلے میں ایک غرہ یعنی غلام یا باندی کا فیصلہ فرمایا:۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Banu Hadil ki do auraton ke darmiyaan jhagda ho gaya In mein se ek ne dusri ko jo umid se thi pathar de mara uske pet ka bachcha mara hua paida ho gaya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is masle mein ek ghira yani ghulam ya bandi ka faisla farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : أَنَّ امْرَأَتَيْنِ مِنْ بَنِي هُذَيْلٍ رَمَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى، فَأَلْقَتْ جَنِينًا،" فَقَضَى فِيهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِغُرَّةٍ عَبْدٍ، أَوْ أَمَةٍ".
