Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7254
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no Diyah (blood money) for the wounds of an animal, and there is no Diyah for one who dies by falling into a well, and there is no Diyah for one who dies by being crushed by a wall, and the one who finds buried treasure must pay one-fifth of it as Khums."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: چوپائے کا زخم رائیگاں ہے کنوئیں میں گر کر مرنے والے کا خون رائیگاں ہے کان میں مرنے والے کا خون بھی رائیگاں ہے اور وہ دفینہ جو کسی کے ہاتھ لگ جائے اس میں خمس (پانچواں حصہ) واجب ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Rasul (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Chopaye ka zakhm raigan hai kuen mein gir kar marne wale ka khoon raigan hai kaan mein marne wale ka khoon bhi raigan hai aur wo dafina jo kisi ke hath lag jaye us mein khums (panchwan hissa) wajib hai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، وأبى سَلَمَة ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ".
