Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7266
It is narrated on the authority of Imam Zuhri, may Allah have mercy on him, that the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The earth has been made a place of prayer and purification for me."

امام زہری رحمہ اللہ سے مرسلاً مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: میرے لئے زمین کو مسجد اور پاکیزگی بخش قرار دے دیا گیا ہے۔
imam zahri rehmatullah alaih se mursalan marvi hai ki nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mere liye zameen ko masjid aur pakizgi bakhsh qarar de diya gaya hai
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" جُعِلَتْ لِي الْأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا، وَطَهُورًا". قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : أُرَاهُ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ .
