Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7365
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The right of the slave is that he be provided with food and clothing and you should not burden them with work beyond their capacity."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: غلام کا حق ہے کہ اسے کھانا اور لباس مہیا کیا جائے اور تم انہیں کسی ایسے کام کا مکلف مت بناؤ جس کی وہ طاقت نہیں رکھتے ہوں۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Ghulam ka haq hai keh usay khana aur libas muhayya kiya jaye aur tum unhen kisi aise kaam ka mukallaf mat banao jis ki woh taqat nahin rakhte hon.
حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو ، أَنَّ بُكَيْرًا حَدَّثَهُ، عَنْ الْعَجْلَانِ مَوْلَى فَاطِمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" لِلْمَمْلُوكِ طَعَامُهُ، وَكِسْوَتُهُ، وَلَا يُكَلَّفُ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ مَا لَا يُطِيقُ".
