Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8009
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever says one hundred times in a day: `Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi', his sins will be forgiven even if they were like the foam of the sea."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے جو شخص دن میں سو مرتبہ سبحان اللہ وبحمدہ کہہ لے اس کے سارے گناہ مٹادئیے جائیں گے خواہ سمندر کی جھاگ کے برابر ہی کیوں نہ ہوں۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne jo shakhs din mein so martaba Subhan Allah Wa Bihamdihi keh le uske sare gunah mita diye jayenge chahe samander ki jhag ke barabar hi kyun na hon.
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ قَالَ: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، فِي يَوْمٍ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ، حُطَّتْ خَطَايَاهُ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ مِثْلَ زَبَدِ الْبَحْرِ" .
