The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)

مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8155

And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I do not give you anything, nor do I withhold anything from you. I am only a treasurer, I place (things) where I am commanded."


Grade: Sahih

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں تمہیں کچھ نہیں دیتا اور نہ ہی روکتا ہوں میں تو خازن ہوں جہاں حکم ہوتا ہے وہاں رکھ دیتا ہوں۔

Aur Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya mein tumhein kuch nahi deta aur na hi rokta hun mein tou khazain hun jahan hukum hota hai wahan rakh deta hun.

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" وَاللَّهِ مَا أُوتِيكُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ وَلَا أَمْنَعُكُمُوهُ، إِنْ أَنَا إِلَّا خَازِنٌ أَضَعُ حَيْثُ أُمِرْتُ" .
