The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8185
And the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: On the Day of Resurrection, the treasure of the one who hoards will be transformed into a bald serpent. The owner will try to flee from it, but it will pursue him relentlessly, saying, "I am your treasure." By Allah, it will chase him until it catches up, and he will be forced to take a bite out of it.

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا قیامت کے دن خزانے والے کا خزانہ ایک گنجا سانپ بن جائے گا مالک اس سے بھاگے گا اور وہ اس کے پیچھے پیچھے ہوگا اور کہتا جائے کہ میں تیرا خزانہ ہوں واللہ وہ اس کے پیچھے لگا رہے گا یہاں تک کہ ہاتھ بڑھا کر اسے اپنے منہ میں لقمہ بنا لے گا۔
Aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya qayamat ke din hazane wale ka hazana ek ganja saanp ban jaye ga malik us se bhage ga aur wo us ke peeche peeche hoga aur kehta jaye ga ke mein tera hazana hun wallahu wo us ke peeche laga rahe ga yahan tak ke hath barha kar use apne munh mein luqma bana le ga.
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يَكُونُ كَنْزُ أَحَدِكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُجَاعًا أَقْرَعَ"، قَالَ:" وَيَفِرُّ مِنْهُ صَاحِبُهُ وَيَطْلُبُهُ وَيَقُولُ: أَنَا كَنْزُكَ، قَالَ: وَاللَّهِ لَنْ يَزَالَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَتَّى يَبْسُطَ يَدَهُ فَيُلْقِمَهَا فَاهُ" .
