Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8397
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The rights of one Muslim over another are five: returning the greeting of salaam, visiting the sick, following funerals, accepting invitations, and saying ‘Yarhamuk Allah (may Allah have mercy on you)’ to one who sneezes and says ‘Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah).’”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مسلمان کے مسلمان پر پانچ حق ہیں سلام کا جواب دینا دعوت کو قبول کرنا جنازے میں شرکت کرنا مریض کی بیمار پرسی کرنا چھینک کا جواب دینا جبکہ چھینکنے والا الحمدللہ کہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya musalman ke musalman par panch haq hain salam ka jawab dena dawat ko qubool karna janaze mein shirkat karna mareez ki bemar pursi karna chheenk ka jawab dena jabkeh chheenkne wala alhamdulillah kahe.
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ، وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " خَمْسٌ مِنْ حَقِّ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ رَدُّ التَّحِيَّةِ، وَإِجَابَةُ الدَّعْوَةِ، وَشُهُودُ الْجِنَازَةِ، وَعِيَادَةُ الْمَرِيضِ، وَتَشْمِيتُ الْعَاطِسِ إِذَا حَمِدَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ" .
