Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8475
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, tell me, if someone lays a hand on my wealth, what should I do?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Admonish him in the name of Allah." He asked: "And if he does not listen?" He (the Prophet) said: "Admonish him in the name of Allah." For the fourth time, you (the Prophet) said: "Then fight him. If you are killed, then Paradise is for you, and if you kill him, then he will be in Hell."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور کہنے لگا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ یہ بتائیے کہ اگر کوئی شخص میرے مال پر دست درازی کرے تو میں کیا کروں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اسے اللہ کا واسطہ دو اس نے پوچھا اگر وہ نہ مانے تو؟ فرمایا پھر اللہ کا واسطہ دو چوتھی مرتبہ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اس سے قتال کرو اگر تم مارے گئے تو جنت میں اور اگر تم نے اسے مار دیا تو جہنم میں جاؤ گے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Aik Aadmi Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ki Khidmat Mein Hazir Hua Aur Kehne Laga Ya Rasool Allah Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Yeh Bataiye Ke Agar Koi Shakhs Mere Mal Par Dast Drazi Kare To Mein Kia Karoon Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya Use Allah Ka Wasta Do Usne Poocha Agar Wo Na Mane To Farmaya Phir Allah Ka Wasta Do Chauthi Martaba Aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya Ke Us Se Qatal Karo Agar Tum Mare Gaye To Jannat Mein Aur Agar Tum Ne Use Maar Diya To Jahannam Mein Jao Ge
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ يعنى ابن الهاد ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو بْنِ قُهَيْدِ بْنِ مُطَرِّفٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ عُدِيَ عَلَى مَالِي؟ قَالَ: " فانْشُدْ اللَّهَ"، قَالَ: فَإِنْ أَبَوْا عَلَيَّ؟ قَالَ:" انْشُدْ اللَّهَ"، قَالَ: فَإِنْ أَبَوْا عَلَيَّ؟ قَالَ:" فَانْشُدْ اللَّهَ"، قَالَ: فَإِنْ أَبَوْا عَلَيَّ؟ قَالَ:" فَقَاتِلْ، فَإِنْ قُتِلْتَ فَفِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنْ قَتَلْتَ فَفِي النَّارِ" .
