Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8636
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) came to Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) and Umar Farooq (may Allah be pleased with him) to claim the inheritance of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). They both said: "We have heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: 'My inheritance will not be distributed among my heirs.'"

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت صدیق اکبر رضی اللہ عنہ اور فاروق اعظم رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس نبی ﷺ کی میراث طلب کرنے آئیں تو ان دونوں نے فرمایا: کہ ہم نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے میری وراثت میرے مال میں جاری نہ ہوگی۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah unhu se marvi hai ki Hazrat Fatima razi Allah unhu ek martaba Hazrat Siddiq Akbar razi Allah unhu aur Farooq Azam razi Allah unhu ke pas Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki miraas talab karne aayin to un donon ne farmaya: ki humne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai meri warasat mere mal mein jari na hogi.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الْخَفَّافُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ جَاءَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ تطلب ميراثها من رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَا لَهَا: إنا سَمِعْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ: " إِنِّي لَا أُوَرَّثُ" .
