Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9310
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Do not tie up the udders of camels and sheep (in order to make them appear fuller). Whoever buys them (after they have been tied up like that) then he has the choice of two things, whichever of them he prefers: he may keep them and (pay the price and regard the extra milk he gets as a means of) setting things straight, or he may return them to their owner along with a saa’ of dates. No man should make a deal over the top of the deal of his brother, and no woman should ask for the divorce of his brother’s wife in order to take her place, for she will only have what Allaah has decreed for her.” And he (ﷺ) said: “Do not deceive one another, and do not go out to meet the caravans (of traders coming to the city to sell their goods), and do not overcharge one another in trade.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مرفوعاً مروی ہے کہ اچھے داموں فروخت کرنے کے لئے بکری یا اونٹنی کا تھن مت باندھا کرو جو شخص (اس دھوکے کا شکار ہو کر) ایسی اونٹنی یا بکری خرید لے تو اسے دو میں سے ایک بات کا اختیار ہے جو اس کے حق میں بہتر ہو یا تو اس جانور کو اپنے پاس ہی رکھے (اور معاملہ رفع دفع کر دے) یا پھر اس جانور کو مالک کے حوالے کر دے اور ساتھ میں ایک صاع کھجور بھی دے۔ کوئی آدمی اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے کوئی عورت اپنی بہن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ نہ کرے تاکہ اس کے پیالے میں جو کچھ ہے وہ سمیٹ لے کیونکہ اسے وہی ملے گا جو اس کے لئے لکھ دیا گیا ہے اور ایک دوسرے کو دھوکہ نہ دو اور تاجروں سے باہر باہر ہی مل کر سودا مت کیا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se maroofan marvi hai ki achchhe damon farokht karne ke liye bakri ya oontni ka than mat bandha karo jo shakhs (iss dhokhe ka shikar ho kar) aisi oontni ya bakri kharid le to usay do mein se ek baat ka ikhtiyar hai jo uss ke haq mein behtar ho ya to iss janwar ko apne pass hi rakhe (aur mamla rafa dafa kar de) ya phir iss janwar ko malik ke hawale kar de aur saath mein ek sa'a khajoor bhi de. Koi aadmi apne bhai ki be'a par be'a na kare koi aurat apni behan ki talaq ka mutalba na kare taake uss ke piyale mein jo kuch hai woh samet le kyunki usay wohi milay ga jo uss ke liye likh diya gaya hai aur ek doosre ko dhoka na do aur tajiron se bahar bahar hi mil kar sauda mat kiya karo.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَا تُصَرُّوا الْإِبِلَ وَالْغَنَمَ، فَمَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِأَحَدِ النَّظَرَيْنِ، إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ" . قَالَ: " وَلَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا تَسْأَلُ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي صَحْفَتِهَا، فَإِنَّ مَالَهَا مَا كُتِبَ لَهَا، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا تَلَقَّوْا الْأَجْلَابَ" .
