The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9317
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Every child is born with a sound innate disposition, then his parents turn him into a Jew, Christian or polytheist.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ہر بچہ فطرت سلیمہ پر پیدا ہوتا ہے بعد میں اس کے والدین اسے یہودی، عیسائی یا مشرک بنا دیتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya har bachcha fitrat salima par paida hota hai bad mein uske waldain usay yahodi, eesai ya mushrik bana dete hain.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " كُلُّ مَوْلُودٍ يُولَدُ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ، فَأَبَوَاهُ يُهَوِّدَانِهِ , وَيُنَصِّرَانِهِ، وَيُشْرِكَانِهِ" .
