The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9399
And he said, "The people who will love me most in my community will be those who come after me, and every one of them will desire to have spent their families and wealth to somehow attain the honor of seeing me."
Grade: Sahih
اور فرمایا کہ میری امت میں مجھ سے سب سے زیادہ محبت کرنے والے وہ لوگ ہوں گے جو میرے بعد آئیں گے اور ان میں سے ہر ایک کی خواہش یہ ہوگی کہ اپنے اہل خانہ اور مال و دولت کو خرچ کر کے کسی طرح میری زیارت کا شرف حاصل کرلیتا۔
Aur farmaya keh meri ummat mein mujh se sab se zyada mohabbat karne wale wo log honge jo mere baad aayenge aur in mein se har ek ki khwahish yeh hogi keh apne ahl khana aur maal o daulat ko kharch kar ke kisi tarah meri ziyarat ka sharaf hasil karleta.
وَقَالَ: " مِنْ أَشَدِّ أُمَّتِي لِي حُبًّا , نَاسٌ يَكُونُونَ بَعْدِي يَوَدُّ أَحَدُهُمْ لَوْ رَآنِي بِأَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ" .
