Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9456
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not tie up the udders of goats or camels to make them appear as having more milk in order to sell them at higher prices. Whoever buys such a camel or goat (falling prey to this deception) has two options, whichever is better for him: either he keeps the animal with him (and settles the matter) or he returns the animal to its owner along with one Sa' of dates. And do not engage in trade outside the marketplace with the intention of avoiding taxes. And no woman should demand Khula (divorce initiated by the wife) on behalf of her sister, and do not deceive one another, and do not sell goods over each other's sales. And no city dweller should sell goods on behalf of a villager (taking advantage of their lack of business acumen)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مرفوعاً مروی ہے کہ اچھے داموں فروخت کرنے کے لئے بکری یا اونٹنی کا تھن مت باندھا کرو جو شخص (اس دھوکے کا شکار ہو کر) ایسی اونٹنی یا بکری خرید لے تو اسے دو میں سے ایک بات کا اختیار ہے جو اس کے حق میں بہتر ہو یا تو اس جانور کو اپنے پاس ہی رکھے (اور معاملہ رفع دفع کردے) یا پھر اس جانور کو مالک کے حوالے کردے اور ساتھ میں ایک صاع کھجور بھی دے۔ اور تاجروں سے باہر باہر ہی مل کر سودا مت کیا کرو۔ اور کوئی عورت اپنی بہن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ نہ کرے اور ایک دوسرے کو دھوکہ نہ دو اور ایک دوسرے کی بیع پر بیع مت کرو اور کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان تجارت فروخت نہ کرے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marfooan marvi hai ki achchhe damon farokht karne ke liye bakri ya oontni ka than mat bandha karo jo shakhs (is dhokhe ka shikar ho kar) aisi oontni ya bakri khareed le to use do mein se ek baat ka ikhtiyar hai jo uske haq mein behtar ho ya to is janwar ko apne pass hi rakhe (aur mamla rafa dafa karde) ya phir is janwar ko malik ke hawale karde aur sath mein ek sa'a khajoor bhi de. Aur tajiron se bahar bahar hi mil kar sauda mat kiya karo. Aur koi aurat apni behan ki talaq ka mutalba na kare aur ek dusre ko dhoka na do aur ek dusre ki bay'a par bay'a mat karo aur koi shehri kisi dehati ka saman tijarat farokht na kare.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم: " لَا تُصَرُّوا الْإِبِلَ وَالْغَنَمَ، فَمَنْ ابْتَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِآخِرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ، إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا بِصَاعٍ مِنْ تَمْرٍ، وَلَا تَسْأَلْ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ" .
