Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9536

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever goes to a fortune-teller or soothsayer and believes in what he says has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص کسی کاہن یا نجومی کے پاس جائے اور اس کی باتوں کی تصدیق کرے تو گویا اس نے محمد ﷺ پر نازل ہونے والی شریعت سے کفر کیا۔

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs kisi kahin ya nujum ke paas jaye aur us ki baaton ki tasdeeq kare to goya us ne Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) par nazil hone wali shariat se kufr kiya.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خِلَاسٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، وَالْحَسَنِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَتَى كَاهِنًا أَوْ عَرَّافًا فَصَدَّقَهُ بِمَا يَقُولُ، فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" .
