Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9899
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “No man should make a proposal of marriage over the proposal of his brother, and no man should send his proposal of marriage over the proposal of his brother.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کے بھاؤ پر بھاؤ نہ کرے اور کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نکاح نہ بھیجے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi shakhs apne bhai ke bhaav par bhaav na kare aur koi shakhs apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham nikah na bheje.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَر ، قََالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَة ، قََالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْعَلاء يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَسْتَامُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَتِه" .
