Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9928
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “If I had not found it hard for my nation, I would have commanded them to use the Siwak (tooth stick) for every Wudu.”
Grade: Sahih
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مرفوعاً مروی ہے کہ اگر مجھے اپنی امت پر مشقت کا اندیشہ نہ ہوتا تو میں انہیں ہر وضو کے ساتھ مسواک کرنے کا حکم دیتا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marfu'an marwi hai ki agar mujhe apni ummat par mashaqqat ka andesha na hota to main unhen har wazu ke sath miswak karne ka hukm deta.
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ , عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَوْلا أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِي لَأَمَرْتُهُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ مَعَ كُلِّ وُضُوءٍ" .
