باب: من كاتب عبده، أو أمته على عرض موصوف، أو على عرض ونقد.
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 21628
Nafi' said: Hafsa, the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), made a contract of manumission with her slave in exchange for a garment of fine cloth. Nafi' said: I found that such people would give such things in their contracts of manumission.

(٢١٦٢٨) نافع فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بیوی حضرت حفصہ نے اپنے غلام سے باریک کپڑے کے عوض مکاتبت کی۔ نافع کہتے ہیں : میں نے اس طرح کے لوگوں کو پایا کہ جنہوں نے اپنی مکاتبت کے اندر اس طرح کا سامان ادا کیا۔
(21628) Nafi farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki biwi Hazrat Hafsa ne apne ghulam se bareek kapre ke awaz mukatabat ki. Nafi kahte hain : mein ne is tarah ke logon ko paya ki jinhon ne apni mukatabat ke andar is tarah ka saman ada kiya.
Abdullah bin Abi Bakr bin Anas narrates: We have the writing of the emancipation contract of Sayreen. This contract of emancipation was written by Anas bin Malik for his slave Sayreen, for such and such thousand (Dirhams) and two slaves. They used to do this kind of work.

(٢١٦٣٠) عبداللہ بن ابی بکر بن انس فرماتے ہیں : سیرین کی مکاتبت ہمارے پاس ہے یہ مکاتبت انس بن مالک نے اپنے غلام سیرین سے کی۔ اتنے ہزار کی اور دو غلام ۔ وہ اسی طرح کا کام کیا کرتے تھے۔
21630 Abdullah bin Abi Bakr bin Anas farmate hain: Sereen ki mukatabat hamare pas hai yeh mukatabat Anas bin Malik ne apne gulam Sereen se ki. Itne hazar ki aur do gulam. Woh isi tarah ka kaam kya karte the.
Ata' bin Abi Rabah said that Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding a man who had entered into a contract of manumission with his slave: "There is no harm in mentioning three good qualities."

(٢١٦٣١) عطا بن ابی رباح کہتے ہیں کہ ابن عباس (رض) ایک آدمی کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں : جس نے اپنے غلام سے مکاتبت کی تھی، تین قسم کی خوبیوں کو بیان کرنے پر کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔
(21631) Ata bin Abi Rabah kehte hain ki Ibn Abbas (RA) aik aadmi ke bare mein farmate hain: Jis ne apne gulaam se mukatabat ki thi, teen qisam ki khoobiyon ko bayan karne par koi harj nahi hai.
