Chapter: Child of the mother's slave without her master after puberty.
باب: ولد أم الولد من غير سيدها بعد الاستيلاد.
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 21800
Abdullah Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If a slave-woman gives birth to the child of her master and he later marries her, the child will be of slave status as long as the master remains alive. If he passes away, then they (the children) are free."

(٢١٨٠٠) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں : جب لونڈی اپنے مالک کی اولاد کو جنم دے اور مالک بعد میں نکاح کرلے تو اس کی اولاد غلام کے مرتبہ میں ہوگی۔ جب تک سید زندہ رہے۔ اگر وہ فوت ہوگیا تو وہ آزاد ہیں۔
(21800) Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (RA) farmate hain : Jab laundi apne malik ki aulad ko janam de aur malik baad mein nikah karle to us ki aulad ghulam ke martaba mein hogi. Jab tak sayyed zinda rahe. Agar wo faut hogaya to wo azad hain.
It is narrated from Isma'il Aamir that the children of a mudabbar slave woman and the children of an um al-walad are in the same rank; when their mothers become free, their children will also become free upon the death of the master.

(٢١٨٠١) اسماعیل عامر سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ مدبرہ لونڈی کی اولاد اور ام الولد کی اولاد ایک ہی مرتبہ میں ہیں، جب ان کی مائیں آزاد ہوں گی ان کی اولادیں بھی آزاد ہوجائیں گی، جب مالک فوت ہوجائے۔
(21801) Ismail Amir se naql farmate hain ki mudabbira laundi ki aulad aur ummul walad ki aulad ek hi martaba mein hain, jab in ki mayein aazaad hongi in ki auladein bhi aazaad hojaengi, jab malik foot hojae.
(21802) Ibrahim says that the children of a female slave through whom the master has had a child and a female slave owned absolutely are on the same level as their mothers.
(b) Umar bin Abdulaziz said: A man conducted the marriage of his slave woman with whom he had a child with a slave. He (Umar) said: The children are on the same level as their mother.

(٢١٨٠٢) ابراہیم فرماتے ہیں کہ مدبرہ اور ام الولد کی اولاد اپنی ماؤں کے مرتبہ میں ہیں۔
(ب) عمر بن عبدالعزیز فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے اپنی ام ولد کا نکاح غلام سے کر دیا، اس کی اولاد ہوگئی، فرماتے ہیں : وہ اپنی ماں کے مرتبہ میں ہیں۔
(21802) Ibrahim farmate hain keh mudabbira aur umm ul walad ki aulad apni maon ke martaba mein hain. (b) Umar bin Abd al Aziz farmate hain keh ek aadmi ne apni umm walad ka nikah ghulam se kar diya, us ki aulad hogayi, farmate hain : woh apni maan ke martaba mein hain.
