Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11277
Samra bin Jundab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A man has the greatest right to his wealth, as long as he is feeding it (i.e., spending on himself and his dependents) and the buyer should follow the seller (i.e., it is the seller's right to set the price and the buyer's right to accept or decline)."

(١١٢٧٧) حضرت سمرہ بن جندب (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : آدمی اپنے مال کا زیادہ حق دار ہے، جب اسے پالے اور خریدنے والا بیچنے والے کے پیچھے جائے۔
(11277) Hazrat Samra bin Jundab (RA) farmati hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: aadmi apne maal ka zyada haqdaar hai, jab usey pale aur kharidne wala bechne wale ke peeche jaye.
١١٢٧٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أنبأ هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ،عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِعَيْنِ مَالِهِ إِذَا وَجَدَهُ، وَيَتَّبِعُ الْبَيْعُ مَنْ بَاعَهُ "رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْنٍ بِمَعْنَاهُ
