(11594) Hassan (may Allah be pleased with him) was of the opinion that the absent person has the right of pre-emption. When he would come back, he would say about the child: When he grows up… and there is no pre-emption right in the case of an animal.

(١١٥٩٤) حضرت حسن (رض) کا خیال تھا کہ غائب حق شفعہ رکھتا ہے، جب وہ آجائے اور بچے کے بارے میں فرماتے تھے : جب وہ بڑا ہو جائے اور حیوان میں شفعہ نہیں ہے۔
(11594) hazrat hasan (rz) ka khayal tha ki ghaib haq shafa rakhta hai jab wo ajaye aur bachay ke bare mein farmate thay jab wo bada ho jaye aur hewan mein shafa nahi hai
١١٥٩٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا سَعْدَانُ، ثنا مُعَاذٌ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَرَى" أَنَّ الْغَائِبَ عَلَى شُفْعَتِهِ إِذَا قَدِمَ، وَيَرَى الصَّغِيرَ عَلَى شُفْعَتِهِ إِذَا كَبِرَ،قَالَ:وَلَيْسَ فِي الْحَيَوَانِ شُفْعَةٌ "
