Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11879
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “None of you should prevent his neighbor from placing a beam in his wall.” Abu Huraira said, “I see that you dislike this. By Allah, I will continue to announce it.”

(١١٨٧٩) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میں سے کوئی اپنے ہمسائے کو اپنی دیوار پر شہیتر رکھنے سے نہ روکے۔ پھر ابو یرہرہ نے کہا : میں تمہیں دیکھتا ہوں کہ تم اس سے اعراض کیوں کرتے ہو ؟ اللہ کی قسم ! میں تو اس بات کا اعلان کرتا رہوں گا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi apne hamsaye ko apni deewar par shahteer rakhne se na roke. Phir Abu Hurairah ne kaha: Main tumhein dekhta hun keh tum is se airaz kyun karte ho? Allah ki qasam! Main to is baat ka elaan karta rahunga.
١١٨٧٩ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا يَمْنَعُ أَحَدُكُمْ جَارَهُ أَنْ يَغْرِزَ خَشَبَهُ فِي جِدَارِهِ "قَالَ: ثُمَّ يَقُولُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: مَا لِي أَرَاكُمْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ، وَاللهِ لَأَرْمِيَنَّ بِهَا بَيْنَ أَكْتَافِكُمْ
