Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12236

It is narrated from Sa'eed bin Musayyab that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The killer does not inherit from the one whom he has killed."


Grade: Da'if

(١٢٢٣٦) سعید بن مسیب سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : قاتل دیت کا وارث نہ بنے، جس نے قتل کیا ہے۔

Saeed bin Musayyab se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Qatil deet ka waris na bane, jis ne qatl kiya hai.

١٢٢٣٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا يَرِثُ قَاتِلٌ مِنْ دِيَةِ مَنْ قَتَلَ "
