Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12452
Ibrahim says: Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Regarding the mother, sister, and paternal grandmother, the distribution is as follows: for the sister, a half; for the mother, one-third of the remainder; and for the paternal grandmother, the remaining portion.

(١٢٤٥٢) ابراہیم کہتے ہیں : حضرت عمر (رض) نے فرمایا : ماں، بہن اور جد کے بارے میں یہ ہے کہ بہن کے لیے نصف، ماں کے لیے باقی ماندہ کا ثلث اور رجد کے لیے باقی ماندہ حصہ ہے۔
(12452) ibrahim kahte hain : hazrat umar (ra) ne farmaya : maan, bahan aur jad ke bare mein yeh hai ke bahan ke liye nisf, maan ke liye baqi manda ka suls aur jad ke liye baqi manda hissa hai.
١٢٤٥٢ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ،عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:قَالَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فِي أُمٍّ وَأُخْتٍ وَجَدٍّ:" لِلْأُخْتِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ، وَلِلْجَدِّ مَا بَقِيَ "
