Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 14523
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the worst feast is that of the marriage banquet to which the rich are invited and the poor are left out, and it is a right, and he who leaves the invitation disobeys Allah and His Messenger.

(١٤٥٢٣) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ولیمہ کا وہ کھانا جس میں اغنیاء کو دعوت دی جائے اور مساکین کو چھوڑ دیا جائے وہ بدترین کھانا ہے اور یہ حق ہے اور جس نے اس دعوت کو چھوڑ دیا اس نے اللہ اور رسول کی نافرمانی کی۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain ki walima ka woh khana jismein aghniya ko dawat di jaye aur misakeen ko chhor diya jaye woh badtareen khana hai aur yeh haq hai aur jisne is dawat ko chhor diya usne Allah aur Rasool ki nafarmani ki.
١٤٥٢٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَعَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ،عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:" شَرُّ الطَّعَامِ طَعَامُ الْوَلِيمَةِ يُدْعَى الْغَنِيُّ وَيُتْرَكُ الْمِسْكِينُ وَهِيَ حَقٌّ، مَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ عَصَى اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ "وَكَانَ مَعْمَرٌ رُبَّمَا قَالَ: وَمَنْ لَمْ يُجِبْ فَقَدْ عَصَى اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ أَبُو الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ
