Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15582

Narrated by Amr bin 'Aas (RA): The waiting period ('Iddah) for an enslaved woman is the same as that of a free woman, that is, four months and ten days.

(١٥٥٨٢) عمرو بن عاص (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ ام ولد کی عدت آزاد عورت کی عدت ہے، یعنی چار ماہ اور دس دن۔

(15582) Amr bin Aas (RA) se riwayat hai ki Umm Walad ki iddat azad aurat ki iddat hai, yani chaar mah aur das din.

١٥٥٨٢ -قَالَ:وَحَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، نا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ،عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:" عِدَّةُ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ عِدَّةُ الْحُرَّةِ "
