باب المبتوتة لا نفقة لها إلا أن تكون حاملا

Ata' said: A woman finally divorced (after the third pronouncement) is not to be provided lodging; there is nothing for her except in case of pregnancy. He (her former husband) should provide for her because of his child (she is carrying) and if she is not pregnant, there is no provision for her.

(١٥٧٢٩) عطاء نے کہا : مطلقہ مبتوتہ نہیں ہے، اس کے لیے کچھ بھی نہیں سوائے حاملہ کے، وہ اس پر خرچ کرے گا، اس کے حمل کی وجہ سے اور اگر وہ حاملہ نہیں ہے تو اس کے لیے خرچہ نہیں۔
(15729) ata ne kaha : mutlaqah mabtuta nahin hai, is ke liye kuchh bhi nahin siwae haamilah ke, woh is par kharch karega, is ke hamal ki wajah se aur agar woh haamilah nahin hai to is ke liye kharcha nahin.
