Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15779
(15779) Ibrahim ibn Abi Khadrash ibn 'Utba ibn Abi Lahab said: I heard Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) saying regarding slaves: "Feed them what you eat and clothe them with what you wear." Ibrahim ibn Abi Khadrash is unknown. The first narration testifies to him. Imam Shafi'i said: If one cannot feed and clothe his slave equal to himself, then he should do what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Feed him with the customary food and clothe him in the customary way." And customary, according to us, is the common food and clothing of the city.

(١٥٧٧٩) ابراہیم بن ابی خداش بن عتبہ بن ابی لہب کہتے ہیں : میں نے ابن عباس (رض) کو غلاموں کے بارے میں فرماتے ہوئیسنا کہ تم انھیں وہی کھلاؤ جو خود کھاتے ہو اور وہی پہناؤ جو خود پہنتے ہو۔ ابراہیم بن ابی خداش مجہول ہے پہلی روایات اس کی شاہد ہیں۔ امام شافعی فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی یہ نہ کرسکے کہ اپنے برابر اس کو کھلائے پلائے تو پھر وہ یہ کرے جو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بتایا ہے کہ اسے معروف طریقے سے کھلائے پلائے اور معروف ہمارے نزدیک یہ ہے کہ جو شہر کی عام خوراک اور کپڑا ہوتا ہے۔
15779 Ibrahim bin Abi Khudash bin Utbah bin Abi Lahab kehte hain : maine Ibn Abbas (RA) ko gulamon ke bare mein farmate hue suna ke tum unhen wohi khilao jo khud khate ho aur wohi pehnao jo khud pehente ho. Ibrahim bin Abi Khudash majhool hai pehli riwayat is ki shahid hain. Imam Shafi farmate hain ke agar koi ye na karsake ke apne barabar is ko khilaye pilaye to phir wo ye kare jo Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne bataya hai ke use maroof tarike se khilaye pilaye aur maroof hamare nazdeek ye hai ke jo sheher ki aam khorak aur kapda hota hai.
١٥٧٧٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي،وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي خِدَاشِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي لَهَبٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ،يَقُولُ فِي الْمَمْلُوكِينَ:" أَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ، وَاكْسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَكْتَسُونَ.قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ:وَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ فَلَهُ مَا قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "نَفَقَتُهُ،وَكِسْوَتُهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ " وَالْمَعْرُوفُ عِنْدَنَا:الْمَعْرُوفُ لِمِثْلِهِ فِي بَلَدِهِ الَّذِي يَكُونُ بِهِ
