Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 16856
Imam Malik said: "Their repentance will not be accepted." Shaykh says that those who say that repentance will be accepted, their statement is correct. However, the unseen is known only to Allah.

(١٦٨٥٦) امام مالک فرماتے ہیں : ان کی توبہ قبول نہ کی جائے۔ شیخ فرماتے ہیں کہ جو کہتے ہیں کہ توبہ قبول کی جائے گی ان کی بات ٹھیک ہے، باقی غیب اللہ جانتا ہے۔
(16856) Imam Malik farmate hain : in ki toba qubool na ki jaye. Sheikh farmate hain ke jo kehte hain ke toba qubool ki jayegi in ki baat theek hai, baqi ghaib Allah janta hai.
١٦٨٥٦ -قَالَ:وَأَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ،قَالَ:وَقَالَ مَالِكٌ:" لَا يُسْتَتَابُ "قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: قَوْلُ مَنْ قَالَ: يُسْتَتَابُ، فَإِنْ تَابَ قُبِلَتْ تَوْبَتُهُ، وَحُقِنَ دَمُهُ، وَاللهُ وَلِيُّ مَا غَابَ، أَوْلَى، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
