Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 17134
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering a sermon when a man from Banu Layth bin Bakr came. Then he mentioned the long hadith about his confession and the woman's denial. He was unmarried, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had him flogged with a hundred stripes. Then he said, "Bring a witness against whom you have accused." But he did not have any witnesses, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had the prescribed punishment for slander carried out on him.

(١٧١٣٤) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) خطبہ دے رہے تھے کہ بنو لیث بن بکر کا ایک شخص آیا۔ پھر اس کے اقرار اور عورت کے انکار والی لمبی حدیث ذکر کی۔ وہ غیر شادی شدہ تھا تو آپ نے اس کو سو کوڑے لگائے اور پھر کہا کہ جس پر تو نے الزام لگایا ہے گواہ لا تو اس کے پاس گواہ نہیں تھے تو پھر آپ نے اسے حد قذف لگائی۔
(17134) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (SAW) khutba de rahe the keh Banu Laith bin Bakr ka aik shakhs aaya phir us ke iqrar aur aurat ke inkar wali lambi hadees zikar ki woh ghair shadi shuda tha to aap ne us ko so korre lagaye aur phir kaha keh jis par tu ne ilzaam lagaya hai gawah la to us ke paas gawah nahi the to phir aap ne use had qazaf lagai.
١٧١٣٤ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ثنا الْقَاسِمُ ابْنُ أَخِي خَلَّادٍ، عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ،يَقُولُ:" بَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي لَيْثِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فِي إِقْرَارِهِ بِالزِّنَا بِامْرَأَةٍ، وَإِنْكَارِهَا، وَجَلْدِهِ مِائَةً،وَلَمْ يَكُنْ تَزَوَّجَ قَالَ:فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "مَنْ شُهُودُكَ أَنَّكَ خَبَثْتَ بِهَا فَإِنَّهَا تُنْكِرُ؟ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَكَ شُهَدَاءُ جَلَدْتُهَا، وَإِلَّا جَلَدْتُكَ حَدَّ الْفِرْيَةِ "،فَقَالَ:يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَاللهِ مَا لِي شُهَدَاءُ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَجُلِدَ حَدَّ الْفِرْيَةِ ثَمَانِينَ
